Thank you for your purchase! We strive to provide you with high-quality books and excellent service. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
All book sales are final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect book selection
• Any other reason not related to damage or defects
Exceptions
We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged During Shipping:
If the book arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.
2. Production Defects:
If the book has a production defect (e.g., missing pages, misprints, or binding issues), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the defect.
Return Process for Exceptions
1. Contact our customer service team at hbdpublishing@gmail.com within the specified time frame.
2. Provide:
• Your order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the damage or defect
3. Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective item (if necessary).
4. Upon receipt and review of the defective item, we will offer:
• A replacement copy (subject to availability)
• Or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable
Important Notes
• Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be accepted.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of use beyond identifying the defect.
• Shipping costs for returns due to damage or defects will be covered by us.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
